In the final program in the firm's 2014-15 Corporate Governance Series, Skadden presented on March 11 a Chicago seminar and webinar on "What Financial Regulators Are Focused on This Season." Our panelists offered firsthand insights on how to best address corporate governance and other issues of interest to financial regulators in 2015. Panelists included Wayne Carnall, PwC partner and former chief accountant of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Corporation Finance; Meg Wright, executive director, associate general counsel and assistant corporate secretary at CME Group; and Skadden partners Patrick Fitzgerald, David Meister and Erich Schwartz.
