ACI Consumer Lending Regulatory Compliance

Washington, D.C. litigation counsel Austin Brown spoke at American Conference Institute's Consumer Lending Regulatory Compliance Forum, held October 30 in New York. Mr. Brown joined a panel discussion titled "Third-Party Relationship Compliance and Risk Management: Enhancing Your Oversight and Control Over Vendors and Service Providers in an Environment of Heightened Regulatory Expectations." The panel discussed enhanced regulatory scrutiny and oversight of third-party relationships, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau initiatives and activity by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
