PLI's 47th Annual Securities Regulation Institute

Washington, D.C. government enforcement partner Colleen Mahoney spoke at PLI's 47th Annual Securities Regulation Institute, presented October 28-30 in New York and via webcast. Ms. Mahoney moderated a panel discussion titled “Government Enforcement Priorities: What’s on the Agenda Now, and in 2016?” The discussion focused on recent developments concerning the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, U.S. Department of Justice and False Claim Act; enforcement priorities for 2016; the increased use of administrative proceedings; cooperation and coordination in multiagency and cross-border investigations; and program consistency and transparency.
