Corporate Governance — A Master Class 2016

Securities enforcement and compliance head Colleen Mahoney spoke at "Corporate Governance — A Master Class 2016," a PLI seminar held February 10 in New York. Ms. Mahoney participated in "Ethics 201 — What Lawyers Need to Make Sure Directors Understand," a discussion focusing on what directors should know about discovery, privilege and internal investigations, and what lawyers should feel responsible for telling them; ethical considerations in representing companies and directors in the enforcement or litigation context; and considerations for dual representation in the transactional context.
