Trends in Renewable Project M&A

On February 24, the firm held a webinar titled "Trends in Renewable Project M&A," the second in a three-part Energy M&A Webinar Series. The program, which drew 168 attendees, addressed a number of topics relevant to M&A transactions in the renewables sector, including policy and regulatory support, offtake arrangements, trends in transaction participants and financing, and a brief update on selected developments outside the U.S. and Canada. Speakers included Washington, D.C. energy and infrastructure partners Lance Brasher, William Conway and Ethan Schultz; New York corporate finance partner Andrea Nicolas; and Palo Alto tax partner Sean Shimamoto.
