Palo Alto litigation partner Amy Park moderated a Women in Law Empowerment Forum breakfast panel titled "Becoming a Leader: Lessons From Women in the Trenches" in Skadden's Palo Alto office on April 5, joined by PayPal General Counsel Louise Pentland, Google Director of Litigation Catherine Lacavera, Tesla Litigation Director Lynn Miller and Twilio General Counsel Karyn Smith, Ms. Park led a discussion of what it takes to lead at a critical time, including how counsel can proactively identify and evaluate strategies and risks with clients, and effectively manage implementation of the chosen course of action.
