Washington, D.C. financial institutions regulation and enforcement partner Jamie Boucher spoke at C5’s “10th Annual Global Economic Sanctions” conference, held May 18-19 in Amsterdam. Ms. Boucher participated in a panel discussion titled “Meeting Prosecutors Expectations and Risk-Based Compliance Program: Current and Emerging Risks You Need to Be Protecting Against Now.” The interactive session examined common sanctions scenarios and highlighted where things can go wrong and what a company can do to improve their protective measures in order to reduce risks of violation.
