Political law leader Kenneth Gross and partner Ki Hong participated in "Corporate Political Activities 2016: Complying With Campaign Finance, Lobbying and Ethics Laws," a PLI seminar held September 8-9 in Washington, D.C. Mr. Gross was co-chair of the event and presented "Political Activities by Corporations" and "Foreign Nationals; Independent Expenditure Financing." Mr. Hong spoke during sessions titled "Foreign Nationals; Independent Expenditure Financing" and "Federal and State Pay-to-Play Laws and Government Contracts."
