Class Action Money and Ethics Conference 2017

Washington, D.C. litigation counsel Geoffrey Wyatt spoke at Beard Group’s Class Action Money and Ethics Conference 2017 in New York on May 1. Mr. Wyatt spoke on a panel titled “Evaluating Economic Outcomes and Ethical Considerations in Litigation Financing,” which focused on the ethics and effectiveness of litigation financing in light of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California’s announced rule requiring the automatic disclosure of third-party funding agreements in proposed class action lawsuits.
