Washington, D.C. securities enforcement and compliance head Colleen Mahoney moderated a panel discussion at "Enforcement 2017: Perspectives From Government Agencies," a PLI seminar held May 12 in New York. Ms. Mahoney's panel, "Enforcement Priorities," provided an overview of agency missions and current priorities and discussed topics such as the impact of the new administration and changes in personnel, hot issues in federal law enforcement, and interagency coordination.
