Los Angeles corporate partner Brian McCarthy and Palo Alto corporate partner Gregg Noel will speak at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s 50th Annual Securities Regulation Seminar October 20 in Los Angeles. Mr. McCarthy will moderate a panel titled “Recent Developments in Mergers & Acquisitions,” focusing on deal activity and trends in 2017. Mr. Noel’s panel, “SEC Update — Division of Corporation Finance,” will discuss the recent developments and initiatives of the Division of Corporation Finance.
