New York litigation partner Susan Saltzstein spoke at American Conference Institute's 2nd Annual M&A Liability Summit on December 5-6 in New York. Ms. Saltzstein participated in a panel discussion titled "Analysis of a Perfect Storm: The Metrics of M&A Liability Litigation," which focused on the drivers behind the increased filings of insurance claims surrounding M&A activity, how legislation has failed to stem the tide of securities class actions, and whether certain industries are more at risk than others.
