Washington D.C. communications and CFIUS counsel John Beahn participated in a Federal Communications Bar Association panel on CFIUS and Team Telecom national security reviews held in Washington, D.C. on November 7. The panel provided an overview of the CFIUS and Team Telecom review processes and analyzed how those processes apply in mergers and acquisitions involving domestic and international telecommunications carriers and assets.
