Washington, D.C. political law partner Kenneth Gross and counsel Matthew Bobys were among the speakers at the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws (COGEL) Annual Conference, held December 3-6 in Toronto. Mr. Gross moderated the federal lobbying law update and co-presented the state and local lobbying law update. Mr. Bobys, who serves on the COGEL Steering Committee, presented the annual report for the Conference Attendance/Membership Committee, which he co-chaired, to the membership.
