Institute for Corporate Counsel 2017

On December 6, Washington, D.C. partner Ivan Schlager spoke at the Institute for Corporate Counsel, presented by the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Corporate Law Departments Section. Mr. Schlager participated in a panel discussion titled “Regulatory Developments and Trends in Cross-Border M&A,” which addressed how to advise boards of directors and public and private companies engaging in cross-border deals and the regulatory developments impacting those transactions.
