Regulatory Compliance Association: Pay-to-Play Regulation and Compliance Webcast

On February 8, Washington, D.C. political law partner Ki Hong spoke at the Regulatory Compliance Association’s webinar titled “Pay-to-Play Regulation and Compliance.” The program provided a comprehensive overview of the federal and state pay-to-play regulatory framework, focusing on defining the types of laws and rules that regulate pay-to-play; fraud/conflicts of interests-based pay-to-play laws; and the relevant federal, state and local fraud/conflict of interest laws and rules, among other topics.
