Marquis 2018 User’s Conference

Washington, D.C. litigation counsel Austin Brown spoke at the Marquis User’s Conference in Dallas on August 7-9. Mr. Brown presented on “Fair Lending and HMDA 2018,” focusing on how recent amendments to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and Regulation C could affect fair lending analyses of HMDA data, and how institutions can prepare for such analyses by regulators and community groups.
