Society for Corporate Governance Essentials Express and Western Regional 2018 Conference

SEC reporting and compliance counsel Hagen Ganem spoke at the Society for Corporate Governance’s Essentials Express and Western Regional 2018 Conference in Las Vegas on September 13. Mr. Ganem participated in a panel discussion titled “Regulation and Disclosure.” The discussion focused on best practices for public companies when working with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, compliance with SEC regulations and listing standards, disclosure issues, and periodic and regular reporting.
