Skadden and Han Kun Law Offices presented the program “Enforcement Focus on China: What Companies Should Do to Be Prepared” on January 29 in New York and on January 30 in Washington, D.C. The program focused on enforcement issues that may impact U.S. companies with substantial operations in China and Chinese companies with a presence in the United States. Topics included the underlying concerns that recent U.S. enforcement initiatives seek to address and the actions U.S. and Chinese companies can take to avoid potential investigations.

Skadden government enforcement and white collar crime partner Steve Kwok moderated the program in New York and Washington, D.C., and Han Kun partners Xiaoming Li and Chen Ma served as panelists at both locations. On January 29, Skadden government enforcement and white collar crime partners Warren Feldman and Jocelyn Strauber served as panelists. On January 30, Skadden CFIUS and national security partner Michael Leiter and financial institutions regulation and enforcement partner Eytan Fisch served as panelists.
