14th Annual Energy Conference

On April 30, Skadden’s Energy Regulation and Litigation Group held its 14th Annual Energy Conference in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. James Danly, general counsel of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), kicked off the conference as the keynote speaker. Panelists discussed topics such as price formation, market design and judicial review of agency action (enforcement and otherwise). Skadden speakers included energy regulation and litigation head John Estes, derivatives of counsel Jonathan Marcus and energy regulation and litigation counsel Donna Byrne.
