Financial institutions regulation and enforcement head Jamie Boucher spoke at C5’s 12th Annual Exporters’ Forum on Global Economic Sanctions as the leader of a panel discussion titled “A Year in Review: In Conversation With Global Enforcement Agencies and Regulators on Regulatory Changes, Enforcement Priorities and Compliance Expectations” in Berlin on May 23. Topics included the scope of key OFAC sanctions program developments, including regulations; the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA); Russia, Iran and North Korea sanctions; and Venezuela and Cuba sanctions, among other topics.
