Political law partner Kenneth Gross spoke at the State and Local Government Relations Conference presented by the Public Affairs Council held on September 25. Mr. Gross spoke as part of a breakout session titled “Compliance — Lobbying, PACs and Social Media.” He covered topics including registering as a lobbyist in a state, if tweets count as lobbying, and whether PAC dollars can be used in a target state.
