SEC reporting and compliance head Brian Breheny and securities enforcement head Colleen Mahoney spoke at PLI’s Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in New York. Ms. Mahoney moderated a discussion titled “Rebuttal: The Defense Perspective,” which focused on civil and criminal enforcement priorities and trends, strategies for effective advocacy before the government, the latest on cooperation, managing multiagency and cross-border investigations, and key judicial and policy developments.
