ABA Banking Law Committee Meeting

On January 17, Washington, D.C. counsel Austin Brown participated in a panel discussion titled “Due Process in Supervision” at the American Bar Association Banking Law Committee Meeting. The discussion focused on topics relating to the issuance of “matters requiring attention” notices based on misunderstandings, risk concerns and how the legal function can act to ensure due process and fairness in the supervisory process.
