On March 6, SEC reporting and compliance head Brian Breheny and counsel Hagen Ganem appeared at a Practising Law Institute event titled “Corporate Governance — A Master Class 2020.” Mr. Breheny co-chaired the event and made opening remarks. Mr. Ganem participated in a panel discussion titled “Proxy Recap,” which covered takeaways from the first year of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission staff’s new approach to shareholder proposals.
