On October 14, Skadden presented “Hot Topics in Cross-Border Enforcement,” a webinar focused on the latest issues and trends in enforcement. Topics included recent Foreign Corrupt Practices Act enforcement actions and resolutions, what the U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission are doing regarding China-related enforcement and how the U.S. national security community’s China-related actions can affect domestic law enforcement activity, and civil forfeiture in the United States and abroad.
