Mr. McConagha spoke during a breakout session titled “Enforcement and Litigation Related to COVID-19.” Topics included recent activity by the Food and Drug Administration and Department of Justice regarding the coronavirus pandemic; civil and criminal cases that could impact FDA-regulated companies; and recent consent decrees, charging decisions and fraud cases focused on funding under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act.
