Financial institutions regulation and enforcement head Jamie Boucher was among the North America speakers during Global Investigations Review’s “Regional Spotlight” conference on December 7-10. Ms. Boucher participated in a panel discussion titled “Navigating the U.S. Sanctions Landscape,” which focused on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s framework for compliance commitments and recent enforcement activity, trends emerging from OFAC, Department of Justice, and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations of sanctions violations, sanctions compliance best practices, and the possible direction of U.S. sanctions policy after the new administration.
