On January 26, SEC reporting and compliance head Brian Breheny spoke at the 48th Annual Securities Regulation Virtual Institute hosted by the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Mr. Breheny was part of a panel titled "Auditing," which reviewed the impact of COVID-19 on internal controls and the 2020 audit; revised auditor independence rules; and the audit committee's role in ESG, key performance indicators and other disclosures.
