SEC reporting and compliance head Brian Breheny participated in the 36th Midyear SEC Reporting & FASB Forum on June 17, hosted by the SEC Institute. Mr. Breheny spoke on a panel titled "Update on Management Discussion and Analysis," which focused on the SEC’s Disclosure Modernization Final Rule, disclosure of qualitative and quantitative impacts of COVID-19, and other key focus areas that impacted MD&A, including Brexit, reference rate reform and ESG matters.
