Government enforcement and white collar crime partner Daniel Michael spoke at PLI’s Financial Services RegTech and Regulatory Compliance Forum 2021 on November 15. Mr. Michael participated in a panel discussion titled “Data Analytics and Compliance,” examining the SEC’s and other regulators’ approaches to data analytics, the legal principles that require companies to consider the process as part of a compliance program and practical implementation issues.
