On June 27, Washington, D.C. national security counsel Brooks Allen participated in a panel during the 2022 SelectUSA Investment Summit titled “Complying With Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS).” The panelists provided an overview of the CFIUS process and its authority from an investor’s perspective, and discussed the implications of expanded authorization under the Foreign Investment Risk Review Monetization Act of 2018.
