Political law head Ki Hong spoke at PLI's Corporate Political Activities 2022: Complying with Campaign Finance, Lobbying and Ethics Laws conference on September 9. Mr. Hong's session titled "Government Contracts and Pay-to-Play Laws" focused on political law considerations when contracting with the government; federal, state, local and pension pay-to-play laws; procurement lobbying by salespersons and grassroots efforts; personal and family member contributions, hospitality and conflicts of interest; and enforcement, penalties certifications, business bans and practical examples.
