On March 8, securities enforcement partners Andrew Lawrence and Daniel Michael participated as panelists during Practising Law Institute’s Ethics for Financial Industry Lawyers 2023 program. Mr. Lawrence provided opening remarks and spoke on ethics for financial industry lawyers from a transactional perspective, and Mr. Michael discussed ethics rules from an enforcement perspective.
