On June 16, mass torts, insurance and consumer litigation counsel Jordan Schwartz participated in the webinar “Update on the Debate Over Third-Party Litigation Finance” hosted by the Law & Economics Center at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. Mr. Schwartz discussed the latest developments in third-party litigation funding (TPLF), including how the funding industry is developing, the effect TPLF has on the litigation landscape and efforts exerted to better understand the practice or make it more transparent.
