24th Annual Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Ethics and Compliance Congress

On October 25-26, life sciences and health care partners Jennifer Bragg, Avia Dunn and Maya Florence participated in various panels during the 24th Annual Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Ethics and Compliance Congress, hosted by Pharma Congress. On October 25, Ms. Bragg spoke on the panel “Prosecution and Enforcement Actions Update” during the opening plenary session. On October 26, Ms. Florence participated in the panel “Evolving Board of Directors and Compliance Committees Oversight Obligations,” and Ms. Dunn served as a panelist during the session “Recent Developments in DOJ and FTC Enforcement Actions.”
