On May 14, Washington, D.C. cybersecurity and data privacy counsel Joshua Silverstein moderated the panel “Governance & Culture in Information Security and Operation Resilience” during the Information Security and Operational Resilience Conference, hosted by the Institute of International Bankers. The panelists discussed the role of culture in a strong information security and operational resilience program, best practices for governance, and how chief information security officers and senior managers should be thinking about liability in the wake of the SEC’s SolarWinds enforcement action.
