Raising The Bar: Civility in the Legal Profession

On March 6, Palo Alto litigation partner Emily Reitmeier Haffner spoke on the panel “Raising the Bar: Civility in the Legal Profession,” which was hosted by the Federal Bar Association and sponsored by Skadden. The session addressed the challenges of harassment and bullying faced by junior lawyers, women and minorities in litigation. The speakers also explored ways to create a more hospitable and welcoming legal profession.
