On March 19, New York M&A partner Ann Beth Stebbins participated in the panel “M&A and the U.S. Government” as part of the 38th annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute, hosted by Tulane University Law School in New Orleans. The yearly event brings together “M&A and securities practitioners, Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery judiciary, leading corporate counsel and Wall Street investment bankers” to discuss the latest issues in M&A, corporate and securities law.
