American Bar Association 2026 May Tax Meeting

On May 8, Boston litigation counsel Mary Grinman spoke on the panel “Employee Benefits Litigation Subcommittee Litigation Update” at the American Bar Association’s 2026 May Tax Meeting. The panel explored recent ERISA and employee benefits litigation trends, including new liability theories and key developments in pension risk transfers, plan forfeitures, tobacco surcharges and other fiduciary breach cases.
