On July 10, SEC reporting and compliance co-head Raquel Fox participated in a session at the Society for Corporate Governance’s National Conference. Ms. Fox spoke on the roundtable “Annual Meetings & Stakeholder Voting,” where she discussed the preparation and execution of annual meetings as well as shareholder voting trends, including how to boost retail voting participation in the era of pass-through voting, retail voter choice and tokenization.
