On September 17, Skadden, in partnership with PJT Partners, hosted an insurance and asset management industry event in the firm’s New York office. The event included a panel discussion, “Convergence of Asset Management, Insurance Capital and Strategic M&A,” which examined evolving deal structures, the role of insurance balance sheets in scaling private credit, and the governance and regulatory considerations shaping the market. Insurance M&A and reinsurance co-head Elena Coyle moderated the discussion.
