Class Action Litigation Forum — Defense Bar

From October 25-27, consumer class action litigation and mass arbitration co-head Michael McTigue served as a member of the steering committee for The Litigation Series’ Class Action Litigation Forum — Defense Bar, held in New Orleans. He also spoke on the panel “Ethical Issues in Class Action/Mass Tort Litigation and Mass Arbitration.” The annual forum brings together “top litigators from across the country to examine and debate current issues” in consumer class actions.
