MDL Proceedings: Eliminating the Chaff

Washington, D.C. partners John Beisner and Jessica Miller and associate Jordan Schwartz prepared a paper for the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform that examined the state of multidistrict litigation proceedings and laid out various case management and other proposals under which plaintiffs’ counsel would be barred from parking meritless lawsuits in such proceedings (“MDL Proceedings: Eliminating the Chaff,” October 2015).
