Brussels-based European Union and international competition partner Ingrid Vandenborre, European counsel Thorsten Goetz and associate Andreas Kafetzopoulos authored an article for the Journal of European Competition Law & Practice about the disclosure of documents gathered by the European Commission in cartel investigations. The article earned Ms. Vandenborre, Mr. Goetz and Mr. Kafetzopoulos the Antitrust Writing Award 2016 in the Business/Procedural Issues category.
