Andrew Fuchs is an associate in Skadden’s Litigation Group. He has extensive experience representing corporate and individual clients in complex commercial litigation, including securities, ERISA and antitrust class actions; shareholder derivative suits; and disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts. His experience includes representing clients in federal, state and arbitral tribunals and in all phases of litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Fuchs’ experience includes representing Baxter International Inc. and certain of its officers and directors in a series of securities class actions and shareholder derivative suits; Chevron Corporation in litigation relating to its acquisition of Atlas Energy, Inc.; and Anheuser-Busch in connection with its constitutional challenge to state action blocking a commercial transaction.

Mr. Fuchs also has handled a variety of pro bono matters, including trying a federal civil rights case and working with the Innocence Network to appeal a wrongful conviction.
