Mr. Barr’s recent experience includes advising:

• Energy Infrastructure Partners on the financing of its minority investment of up to €700 million in Eni Plenitude, an Italian diversified energy transition company, at an enterprise value of over €10 billion and a post-money equity value of approximately €8 billion
• Global Auto Holdings Limited on the financing of its $654 million recommended cash acquisition of Lookers plc
• UCB SA on its €1 billion sustainability-linked revolving credit facility
• JAB Holdings in connection with various term loan and revolving credit facilities for JAB and its investment vehicles
• BlackRock on its acquisition of Kreos Capital Management, a U.K.-based venture debt provider
