Qendresa Bekolli

Qendresa Bekolli counsels domestic and international management and supervisory boards in connection with corporate governance, internal investigations and compliance matters. Her practice also focuses on advising on EU economic and financial sanctions.

Ms. Bekolli’s experience includes advising, among others:

• a multinational defense, security and aerospace corporation in connection with an investigation into corruption and bribery allegations involving one of its Middle East-based contractors
• the supervisory board of Continental AG in an internal investigation in connection with car emissions and related corporate governance matters

She is a member of the firm’s German Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
