Jordan Blain focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, as well as internal and government investigations.

Bio

Mr. Blain has extensive experience advising clients on various stages of litigation, including the pleading phase, pretrial motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, trial and settlement negotiations.

He has represented clients in a variety of civil and regulatory matters, including:

  • an Ivy League university in antitrust class actions concerning financial aid
  • an asset management firm in high-profile government investigations
  • a health care company in a putative class action arising out of an alleged data breach
  • a public state university in several complex mass tort and constitutional rights cases
  • a marketing and commercial printing company in an FCPA investigation
  • a commercial airline in a contractual dispute
  • a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company in securities litigation

Mr. Blain maintains an active pro bono practice and has counseled clients on housing, post-conviction, immigration and constitutional rights matters.
