Noemi Blasutta advises employers on labor and employment matters affecting the workforce.
Bio
Ms. Blasutta has extensive experience advising clients on the employment and labor aspects of complex (often international) corporate transactions, as well as on negotiating and drafting sophisticated employment, consulting, restrictive covenant, and separation and release agreements on behalf of employers.
Ms. Blasutta is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Group’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Task Force and assists with editing the Group’s Employment Flash publication.
She also currently serves on the steering committee for the firm’s Women’s Affinity Network.
